1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Top Player Recruiting (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Top Player Recruiting provides an online platform for college soccer recruiting. Players can create profiles to showcase their abilities, and coaches can browse player profiles to identify recruiting prospects. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, profile information). By posting content, you grant Top Player Recruiting a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading profile information
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Upload malicious software or content
• Violate any applicable NCAA, NAIA, or other governing body rules

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at topplayerrecruiting@gmail.com.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or college placement. Results depend on individual circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Player Recruiting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
